In the case of a contract for the purchase of products and services concluded by a consumer Buyer, the latter shall have the right to withdraw from the contract itself, pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), without any penalty and without specifying the reason.
The decision to exercise the right of withdrawal must be communicated by the consumer Buyer within 14 days of receipt of the product;in the case of separate delivery of several goods, ordered by the consumer Buyer in a single order, the 14-day period for the exercise of the right of withdrawal starts from the day on which the last good is delivered.
The right of withdrawal is exercised by the Consumer Buyer within the above-mentioned 14 days by sending:

The notice of withdrawal must specify the intention to withdraw from the purchase (it is not necessary, however, to specify the reasons) and the product or products for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal, attaching a copy of the documentation proving the purchase.
Beauty Value Srl shall communicate to the consumer Buyer – without delay- an acknowledgement of receipt of the notice of withdrawal via email to the email address provided during the purchase procedure on the site.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 59 (c) and (d) of the Consumer Code, the Consumer Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for products that are made-to-order, clearly personalized, or are likely to deteriorate or alter rapidly. In addition, he/she cannot exercise their right of withdrawal in relation to sealed products that are not fit to be returned due to hygienic reasons or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery (Art. 59 (i) of the Consumer Code).
The products for which the right of withdrawal is being exercised must be returned within 14 days from the day on which the consumer Buyer communicated the exercise of the right of withdrawal, substantially intact, in their original packaging, complete with accessories and any manuals, if any.
For purchases made within yglam.it, purchased products must be sent to the sender’s address unless otherwise indicated by YouGlam Customer Service.
The only costs payable by the Consumer Buyer for exercising the right of withdrawal are the direct costs of returning the goods, as provided for in Article 57, paragraph 1, of the Consumer Code.
Once the request for withdrawal has been received, Beauty Value Srl will refund the entire amount paid (excluding shipping costs) by the Consumer Buyer – within the term of 14 days from the date on which the Consumer Buyer has exercised the right of withdrawal- by crediting the bank account used at the time of purchase, or via the bank account details provided by the Consumer Buyer on the notice of withdrawal and in any case using the same method of payment used by the Consumer Buyer at the time of purchase. Concurrent to the refund of the amount paid, Beauty Value Srl will remove any benefit related to the purchase and possibly assign to the Buyer as a result of the order placed and subsequently subject to withdrawal (e.g. discount vouchers).
Beauty Value Srl reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the products subject to the right of withdrawal, or until the consumer, Buyer has demonstrated that it has returned the goods – whichever situation occurs first.
Should the terms, conditions, and deadlines for exercising the right of withdrawal as specified in this article not be complied with, the Consumer Buyer will not be entitled to a refund of the amounts already paid. In such a case, the Consumer Buyer may regain, at his/her own expense, the product in the state in which it was returned to Beauty Value Srl. Otherwise, Beauty Value Srl may withhold the returned products in addition to all sums already paid by the Consumer Buyer for the relevant purchase. Shipping and transportation costs shall be borne by the Buyer.
